As a Vocab.Ai customer, you are entitled to priority customer service by email.

Product and Functional Issues

Should you run into a functional issue with any of our software services, please email and we'll attempt to resolve the issue promptly. We can commit to a 12hr turnaround for simple issues, longer for more complicated issues.


You can cancel a subscription any time, through the web interface.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email us and we'll resolve the issue together and process a refund as soon as possible.

Billing Currency

When subscribing or making a prepaid purchase, the currency displayed will be USD $, with the exception of HKD or CNY (RMB).

Safety of Payment Details

We do not store payment detail information such as credit card numbers, these are managed by our payment processor Stripe.

In case you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us and we'll reimburse you for past charges, within reason.
